If I could 0 stars I WOULD! My experience at this clinic left me deeply frustrated and unsettled. During our visit, I felt rushed through by staff, who were short with me and clearly did not want to take the time to explain anything thoroughly. The attitude I received made me feel dismissed, and honestly, targeted — I left feeling like I was treated differently because of my race. What upset me most was how a notation in my daughter's chart was handled. The doctor referenced something related to a past health matter of mine without ever clearly explaining what it actually meant for her. I later reviewed her actual lab results myself and confirmed she tested completely clear — she does not have anything, and is a perfectly healthy baby. That distinction should have been explained to me clearly and calmly at the visit, not left for me to figure out on my own afterward, confused and worried. A parent should never leave an appointment unsure about something written in their child's medical record. I expect a higher standard of communication and respect from a place trusted with my children's care. This was not it.

The hospital where I gave birth Recommended Health Services of North Texas Pediatrics I used their OBGYN and currently still use their Women's Program I never had an issue with scheduling or The appointments available. My only wish For improvement would be a provider that's Speak Spanish In the Denton location Other than that everything has been an amazing experience

Love Dr. Banghoo and her staff! Always helpful, and listens well. Great bedside manner! The staff has been helpful with my insurance situation as well in getting a surgery approved for my daughter. They have gone above and beyond!

HSNT is hands down the best place for your baby and I would recommend this clinic to everyone for pediatric consultation and routined treatment for your baby starting from birth. The team is amicably resourceful and helpful during your visit and My baby's Pediatrician Dr Parambir Shalini Bhangoo is exceptionally expert at handling baby's situations and new moms' expectations to protect their peace of mind.

The care was kind, my children were treated with love and proper care. I feel grateful to have found a safe place where my babies have the necessary health care thanks to Dr. Bhangoo and her staff.
